Return & Exchanges Policy

Currently, all sales are finalized. 

We currently do not accept returns/exchange unless for the following: 

  • Defective item received.
  • Incorrect item or size received.

Please be informed that the following reasons below are not eligible for any returns or exchange: 

  • Differences in the measurements (please give allowance for slight measurement differences when purchasing of the products)
  • Unable to fit into the product.
  • Slight color differences resulting from different monitors. (Please take note that product's/model's images are taken under professional studio lightings thus may have slight color differences from the actual item received. )
  • Loose threads/misalignment of seams or the inner lining.
  • Minor scratches
  • Printing placement on apparel may vary on individual piece due to fabric placement. (factory made)
  • Glue stains
  • Slight asymmetry
  • Loose buttons/dropping of buttons which can be sewn back on.
  • Slight scratches or slight stains on inner lining as it does not affect the overall appearance of the product.
  • Denim frays
  • Defects that are caused or have appeared after washing or by mishandling of the product by the customer are also not eligible for returns.
  • or any reason that are similar in effect, are not considered as defects.

 

If in any case of that you have received an incorrect order or defective product from us, please drop us any email at sales@lovethheartz.com within 3 working days from receival of the parcel. 

Please indicate the following details below in the email: 

1. Name of the product

2. Order Number

3. Image(s) of the incorrect/defective item received. 

 

We would do a one-for-one exchange for the exact product for you. 

Please kindly take note that:

  • Items must be returned in their original state to be eligible for exchange (for example, unwashed and unworn.)
  • Recommended to use trackable mailing methods to sent the product back to us, we will not be liable for any lost mails using non-traceable mailing methods.
